  1. Please present the E-Voucher and Check-In at the service counter 30 minutes before boarding time.
  2. Documents required for travel are booking documents (E-Voucher can be shown on your phone) and passport/ID card.
  3. This ticket price does not Include? : Cleaning Fee at Phi Phi Islands@Tonsai pier (20 bath/person), National park fee or other additional service fees.
  4. The reservation is flexible and we can change the date of the trip. (Notify 2 days in advance)
  5. Walker Thailand. All rights reserved to change, return or cancel a boat ticket / All customer can’t change, return or cancel a boat ticket after purchase.
  6. All passengers are advised to book and travel a minimum of 48 hours before taking a flight, boat schedule may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Walker Thailand accepts no responsibility for missed flights/accommodation.
  7. The above transfer service can be changed without further notice depending on the suitability of the sea and weather conditions.
  8. In case you travel with an animal, please contact Customer Support first, in order to verify with the service provider.
  9. After making a reservation through our website, if no payment confirmation is received within 24 hours, it is considered that you have forfeited your rights to request cancellation of the aforementioned booking.
  10. Please verify the following travel information before proceeding with payment. If there are any errors in the information provided, we will not be responsible for any issues that may arise. Additionally, if you need to make changes to your travel details, you can contact our team using the information below and await their response:
  • Travel Route: Please confirm the pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Departure Time: Verify the scheduled departure time for your boat ride.
  • Number of Passengers: Ensure the correct number of passengers is listed.
  • Price: Double-check the total price for your journey.

  • Contact Number: Ensure your phone number is accurate for any necessary contact.

1. In the event of rescheduling your travel date, please notify us at least 3 days in advance.
2. For trip cancellations, kindly inform us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled departure, excluding bank service fees (applicable only for trip cancellations).
