This was probably the worst travel mistake I’ve made. I booked my ferry ticket with Walker Thailand, everything was fine. But when I arrived at Rassada Pier, some staff there tricked me into buying another ticket again. Since I had just arrived from Phuket Airport and didn’t buy a SIM card yet, I couldn’t contact Walker Thailand. It was my very first time in Phuket, and I had no idea how things worked at the pier. I panicked and quickly paid them because I was afraid I’d miss the boat. The check-in staff didn’t help either—they just stayed quiet. The biggest lesson: if you’re sure you already booked, just show your booking and say confidently, “I already have my ticket.” Never pay twice because they won’t refund you at the pier. Thankfully, Teddy stepped in and coordinated between the pier staff and the ferry company. That helped me understand the process better. Honest and reliable ferry services really do exist! This time, I traveled with my family of four by ferry to Phi Phi. The whole experience on board and around the ferry was great—we could even see Maya Bay from the boat. Absolutely stunning! Hi! This was my first trip to Thailand. I booked my hotels three months in advance. Since I had never been to Phuket before, I ended up traveling in a funny loop hhhhhxD starting from Phuket → Phi Phi → Krabi, then stayed in Krabi for three nights, and back to Phi Phi at Laem Tong Beach for two more nights before returning to Phuket. That made me spend more on ferry tickets since I couldn’t change my hotel dates. Actually, I should’ve gone Phuket → Phi Phi (Laem Tong) → Krabi. Teddy Walker gave me clear explanations about ferry routes and even helped me with ticket costs. It made me feel confident traveling with him. If you’re unsure about your itinerary or hotel booking, you can always ask Walker Thailand for advice. Their ferry tickets even include free hotel transfers. My friend and I needed to go to the peer in phi phi and we found this number on google. The service was the best we just sent him messengers and he gave us the tickets directly with a nice conversation and good vibes he even gave us advises about how to go to other places.
