The first booking experience was not bad. After payment has been made, you must wait for the admin to confirm with the partner again. and after that it only took a short time. You will receive proof of booking. You can easily show it at the pier. :'))

I have made a reservation with Walker Thailand. Just like the first time the website had problems once. But the admin was very helpful. You can contact the admin via Facebook page or WhatsApp. Very convenient and I will definitely keep booking this website!! :'D

The admin has provided great help and advice regarding travel. I prefer traveling on my own rather than joining a tour group hhhhh !! It really doesn't suit me. But thank you very much for this website that brings together boat companies that have very good service.

Before traveling, check the number of bags carefully. Because some companies will limit the number of pieces of luggage to 1 per person. If it is more than that, you may have to purchase a seat. Specifically for placing bags Admin gives good advice and good service.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was probably the worst travel mistake I’ve made. I booked my ferry ticket with Walker Thailand, everything was fine. But when I arrived at Rassada Pier, some staff there tricked me into buying another ticket again. Since I had just arrived from Phuket Airport and didn’t buy a SIM card yet, I couldn’t contact Walker Thailand. It was my very first time in Phuket, and I had no idea how things worked at the pier. I panicked and quickly paid them because I was afraid I’d miss the boat. The check-in staff didn’t help either—they just stayed quiet. The biggest lesson: if you’re sure you already booked, just show your booking and say confidently, “I already have my ticket.” Never pay twice because they won’t refund you at the pier. Thankfully, Teddy stepped in and coordinated between the pier staff and the ferry company. That helped me understand the process better. Honest and reliable ferry services really do exist! If you’re traveling to Phi Phi or other islands, I recommend Walker Thailand only.
